We use social security number as the operator ID number, and do not want the SSN to appear in the glucose result comment. Can operator ID number be converted to name?

We will not provide service to a customer without a valid ID. A SSN is not needed, however, if customer doesn’t have one we will require the full equipment deposit up front. If the customer provides us with his/her SSN, the deposit can be added as part of their pay-down balance.
