Yes. You need an Ethernet modem enabled with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). (Note-USB modems are not supported). Cable & Wireless Speedtouch and Paradyne Ethernet modems are compatible with the service. However, some older modems supplied by Cable & Wireless may need to be upgraded.
