If you are organising the journey as part of it and these people are connected to you (like firends) you can drive anything up to an 8 seater with a standard drivers license and once the vehicle is insured as an 8 seater. If you are doing it as a commercial venture (even as a once off) you need a psv license and to be registered with the taxi regulator.
