Do I need a special ID or PIN to access CNB NetXpress?
Yes, at enrollment time, you will be given an ID and PIN. If you enroll in person, the bank representative will give you your ID. If you enroll by mail, fax or on-line, you will receive either an e-mail or letter informing you of your ID. Your ID will be 12 numeric characters in length. Your initial PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. The first time you access CNB NetXpress, you will have to change your PIN.
