Yes, you will need 1) a printer. Either an ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) will print your PrintPass tickets. You must use plain white paper for best results. Make sure your printer prints at 150 dpi to ensure proper printing for scanning at the gate. You will also need, 2) a .pdf file viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
