We recommend that you use either a flexible levelling compound or flexible tile adhesive when installing our 3mm heating mats and cables. You should check with the tile manufacturer and that the adhesive you use is compatible with UFH. We recommend the Mira products which have been specifically designed for use with underfloor heating.
