All sexually intact goats must be identified with an individual scrapie flock of origin identification tag or by an official and registered tattoo. This number must be listed on the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection. The certificate of Veterinary Inspection must also include a statement certifying the herd’s participation in the scrapie program.
