No, all you need is BT Total Broadband with a minimum line speed of 2Mbps, to live in a Freeview area (check your Freeview on the right) and a suitable aerial. There is no need for a satellite dish because BT Vision will transmit Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 via Freeview.
