Do I need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before sending an item back?
Yes. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. Orders returned without an RMA are subject to restocking fees of up to 50% of the product price. You can request an RMA by contacting your Account Executive. If you don’t have an Account Executive, call our customer service department (1-800-248-9948). Your RMA number will expire ten days from the date it was assigned.
