For Flash reports you will need to have the Flash player plug-in installed. It may already be installed on your computer. If you have problems viewing Flash atlases then navigate to the following site and follow the instructions to install the Flash Player http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BUIGP. For SVG reports it depends which web browser you are using. Some have native SVG support (Firefox 1.5+ and Opera 8+), in which case you do not need a plug-in. The only point to note is that these browsers may not be able to display compressed SVG files (.svgz file extension). Internet Explorer does not have native SVG support at present and you will therefore need to install the free Adobe SVG Viewer 3.
