Do I need a PBX to run TeleButler?
This depends on the application you are planning to create. If you want to transfer incoming calls or want, for example, to light up the Message Waiting Indicator of a specific phone when a voice mail is received, you will need a PBX. If you plan to develop an application that just answers the phone and supplies spoken information without transferring the call it is not necessary to have a link with your PBX.
