Hi if you wish you can use new sim card in it or else you can use old sim card….If your Nokia 8310 is locked to any network provider then you can’t use that phone with other network sim until you unlock it ..You can easily unlock your phone using sites like Onlinegsmunlock.com here they render unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ….After unlocking it you can freely use it with any GSM sim ..You can use either new sim card or else old one …..
