North Devon Council has adopted by resolution the provisions contained in Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the licensing control of sex establishments and as such those persons wishing to operate sex establishments in North Devon will be required to gain a licence from the Council before commencing trade.
