No but you will need to complete a ‘contractor’s licence’ from your LA or District Council. Contractor licences are provided to parishes to licence Ordnance Survey mapping for the work required by the District Council. Your District Councils will need to be signed to the Ordnance Survey Mapping Services Agreement (MSA).
