You definitely need a law degree to do conveyancing. There are many details to conveyancing, and you have to do them all correctly in order to convey good title. About 1/3 of the malpractice lawsuits against lawyers involves conveyancing. In law school, you study property and conveyancing for a year. It’s vey complicated. I’m a lawyer–I know.
