Not for the beginners’ (white to red belt) grading, but one is required for all gradings above this. Make sure you have a clean Gi/clothes (and body!), trimmed clean nails and tied back hair on the day. Most importantly, if you are wearing a Gi, it should have a TSKU association badge – available from the president or other committee members.
