If you have already hotswapped your xbox it is flashed. Hotswap is just one of the methods used to flash the console Flashed means the dvd drive firmware has been changed to allow the console to play back-ups In future it is best to refer to downloaded games as back-ups since downloading is illegal and against Y!A T&C.
