Do i need a fast machine to run Reason?

Well the faster your machine is the more devices you can add. To run a reasonable amount of instruments/fx devices you could do with a PII 233 64 MB (like Propellerheads advice) but you won’t be able to take the program to the limit then. If you want to use lots of instruments and effect devices. Wich you all want to be automated. You should go for a more powerfull computer like the PII 400/500. Many people use Soundblaster Live soundcards. And they don’t add much to the audio processing power of your computer. The processor does most of the work alone then. So it’s wise to get a computer wich is at least a Pentium 2 – 400/500.
