Since this scooter is a high power full-sized vehicle, not a toy you will need to have a full car driving licence (preceding Feb 2001) or a full car driving licence and a completed CBT course (post Feb 2001). Alternatively you will need a full motorcycle/moped licence or a provisional motorcycle/moped licence and a completed CBT course. You must ride with L plates until you are fully qualified. UK Eco Scooters would advise you to complete a CBT course even if you are not legally required to do so.
