Yes, once you enter the waters of Wyoming you will need a decal and all applicable AIS rules and regulations will apply. For instance, if you launch your watercraft in another state and boat into Wyoming, you will need a Wyoming Aquatic Invasive Species decal once you enter the Wyoming portion of that water.
