You do not need a computer to adjust the ClickToGo options such as operation mode, scanning speed etc. The ClickToGo was designed so that these options could be changed without the need of any additional equipment, just a pencil to press the programming switch. However to adjust DX system parameters such as motor currents, acceleration speeds etc you will need a DX hand held programmer or a DX Wizard running on a computer.
