Swimming pool permits are required for any swimming pool, spa, or hot tub. The plans submitted for the permit will have to show a required 6-foot high fence enclosing the pool, spa, or hot tub. Maximum size of holes/spaces in this fence may not exceed two inches (2″) and any gates in the fence must be self-closing with a latch not readily accessible to children.
