No you do not lose any information at all no matter what image format you’re using. The whole point of an image file is that it’s an exact bit-for-bit copy of whatever was on the original disc. That being said, some formats may still compress the data using some type of lossless algorithm. This gives you the benefit of having a smaller image file, but when it’s decompressed you will still have the exact same info you started with, down to the exact bits.
