You look like a girl any and every guy would ask out in a heartbeat. Boosting self-esteem and confidence is hard. You just have to accept who you are and don’t be afraid to be yourself. There’s nothing wrong with being a little shy if that’s who you are. And in a weird way, not running with the “popular” crowd and going your own way is cool. Why else would the popular guy be so into you? Don’t try too hard to be charismatic. A lot of girls your age who do this just come across as really lame and starved-for-attention. It might seem like guys are noticing them in the short term but trust me, we’re really looking at girls like you. Also keep in mind that these “popular” kids have the exact same fears and insecurities you do, even if it doesn’t look like it. Sorry this is so rambling. Here’s the bottom line: You seem great. Seriously. Don’t change a thing.
