DO I INCLUDE IN-KIND STAFF NOT FUNDED DIRECTLY WITH ARREST FUNDS IN RESPONSE TO STAFF INFORMATION (ITEM 8)?

No. Only report information on staff paid with Arrest Program funds. OUR ARREST GRANT PAYS ONE-THIRD OF THE SALARY FOR OUR FULL-TIME DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ADVOCATE . THE OTHER PORTION OF THE ADVOCATE’S SALARY IS COVERED THROUGH TWO OTHER FUNDING SOURCES. HOW DO WE REPORT ON HER ACTIVITIES? If the funding is equally divided three ways and she or he works on all the same kinds of cases under all three sources of funding, then you would divide her or his caseload by three, or choose to report on cases that represented one-third of the time or effort or resources expended on them by this advocate. However, if she or he worked on certain kinds of cases because of the Arrest Program grant, for example assisting with protection orders, then you could report all cases she or he worked on under the Arrest Program grant.
