Do I include a finished basement with a room and full bathroom in calculating square footage?
I was under the assumption that a fully finished basement with a room and full bathroom would be included in calculating square footage. In case I was wrong, I changed my home info because I didn’t want to misrepresent facts, but it doesn’t seem to make any sense if that’s what the purpose of a finished basement is.
