Do I have to watch the Conference live if my state bar allows for online CLE credit for archived programs?

See #4 above. If your state bar allows for online CLE for archived programs – and that state bar doesn’t require a “periodic prompt” tracking system – your state bar is essentially a “self study” state bar and we can accommodate you. But remember that many state bars require that you watch the Conference “live” and not by archive – so make sure you know whether your state bar is “self study.” If you have CLE questions, send them to cle@thecorporatecounsel.net.
