Do I have to use Twirl brand spaghetti in the Cucina?
Yes. Not only does Twirl Pasta brand spaghetti allow the Cucina to achieve these super-fast cook times but also the pasta is manufactured for us with less starch. We specify less starch so that the cooking kettle and the water lines in the Cucina will run for longer periods of time free of residues that clog the water lines. Using other pasta could cause service problems for the Cucina and will result in an undercooked, inferior final product for your customer.
