Since June 30, 2003, eTech Ohio only certifies technology plans completed using the Technology Planning Tool. eTech Ohio is the certifying agency for public school technology plans in the State of Ohio, as designated by SLD (Schools and Library Division) of USAC (administrative body of the E-Rate program).
