Do I have to use the shipping materials that MusicRip supplies?
We strongly suggest that you do. It’s much more efficient than sending us jewel cases etc. Additionaly, keep in mind that jewel cases are heavy to ship and are notoriously fragile. Your CD collection is important to you and to us. Note that we’ll return your CD collection in spindles regardless of how we receive it.
