For most operating systems (Windows, Macintosh OS X, or Unix), the Cisco client is the only client supported by Rice. Netlock is responsible for Netlock client support. Rice does not directly provide customer support for these third-party clients, although we do make all reasonable efforts to ensure that our VPN systems are accessible by these clients.
