Yes. This is a requirement of the Bellsouth BBG topology. It is completely out of our control, and absolutely necessary to take advantage of the BBG based services (3.0Mpbs x 384Kbps ADSL and 256Kbps x 128Kbps ADSL). • Can I still have a static IP address if I have to use PPPoE?
