No, but your scanning device must be supported by the microbank™ processing system. Irwin Union Bank will only support the provided microbank™ scanner should any issues arise with the unit. If a higher volume Batch Processing Mode is used, the Panini / Unisys My Vision X (for 30, 60, or 90 items per minute) scanner could be used.
