No. You are charged this tax when you initally purchase the FFi Freedom Card. This sales tax is remitted on your behalf by FFi. Just remember to relay this tax charge to your customer when you sell them the Access Code so you can recoup your initial tax outlay. In this way the end user of the card is paying the tax and you do not have to submit sales taxes on your access code sales.
