Do I have to sign up for a plan or can I engage Zaphyr even without a plan?
You can engage Zaphyr Technologies to assist you with your IT needs even if you DO NOT have a signed contract. But please understand that since there is no binding agreement between Zaphyr and your department, your department might have to pay premium rates for our service. Secondly, if Zaphyr has other commitments, you might be refused immediate service, regretfully though.
