Your application form is kept on file for a year, from the date of the application. After you have sent in your application form, if there are no changes to your application, you will only need to send in 14 copies of a short letter indicating your intention to apply to any subsequent vacancies within that one-year period. You do not need to bind or cerlox your application. A single staple at the upper left hand corner is preferred.
