Yes you must! The waypoint is located Northeast of Mauritius Islands ” 20000’00″S 580 00’00″E ” and is marked with a 30 foot orange flag and Buoy! You have to sail to Cochin leaving it at PORT, no matter the distance from the Mark. You can sail directly to Cochin if you wish but you won’t be able to finish the second leg according to regulations.
