Do I have to request a WebCT site every semester?

Yes. You need to request a WebCT site for every course that you would like to offer in WebCT each semester. The E-Learning lab doesn’t create course sites on the assumption that professors will need WebCT sites created because their class was taught using WebCT last year/semester.
