No. You do not have to remove CFlow Plus from the C6 when the CSampler and CFlow Sampler are installed, but you cannot use CFlow Plus at the same time as CFlow CSampler. If the CSampler is removed for any reason, CFlow Plus is able to read data files generated with CFlow Sampler.
