Absolutely not. The DADiSP functions and user interface are consistent across all computing platforms. On PCs, DADiSP runs in the Microsoft Windows GUI, while on Workstations it runs in the Motif GUI. Once you learn DADiSP on one machine, you can easily use DADiSP on another. Of course, DADiSP takes advantage of the faster computing speeds and higher resolution graphics available on most engineering workstations.
