Do I have to payback the money I receive from the Pell Grant?

Under normal circumstances, no, you do not have to payback the funding you receive as a result of the Pell Grant. Be careful though, as you may have to return your Pell Grant aid if you withdraw from classes too early, or if you weren’t supposed to get the Pell Grant in the first place. While these instances are rare, you can have what is called a Pell Overpayment attached to your record if you don’t return your Pell Grant money when you were supposed to, and having this mark on your profile will prevent you from receiving any sort of future federal student aid.
