Do I have to pay the annual telephone/modem fee for support of my Kelworth system?

A. Kelworth’s systems, with the exception of add-on software such as AFD Postcode, are supplied free of any licence restrictions and as such the system will continue to run without limitation once the intitial system is paid for in full. However there is a charge for additional users and units. After the initial support period, an annual fee is chargeable for telephone and modem support provided you have Pc Anywhere. This is not compulsory but if it is not taken out then support will only be provided once the system has been upgraded to the latest version of the installed software, the charge for which is higher than the annual support fee. In addition, those customers that have taken out the support will always be processed prior to others.
