Do I have to pay sewer for water that doesn’t actually go in the sewer (i.e. watering, pools, sprinklers, etc)?

Yes. There is no way to meter how much water is going through the sewer. You will be charged the same amount of gallons for sewer as for water. Pool fills over 5 thousand gallons are the only exception. Please see the ‘Policies’ page for more information on Pool Fill Adjustments.
