Do I have to pay for vacation days, sick days, absent days, and statutory holidays?

Payment is required for all statutory holidays and when your child takes vacation, stays home due to illness, or is absent from the daycare home. Payment is, however, not required when your home provider is unavailable to work and your child does not need backup care.
