Do I have to participate in the General Room Selection and/or Program Housing Selection Process if I have applied for an RA position?
Yes. The timeline has been designed to give candidates ample time to make appropriate decisions regarding their housing status for next year. However, for example, if candidates are interested in applying to live in a Program House in the event they are not hired for an RA position, they must still go through that process. If candidates are offered a position and accept it, Residential Life will remove you from the housing selection process. Residential Life encourages candidates to keep their potential living groups informed of their status.
