Do I have to participate in MNI-Wide RP to Roleplay?
Certainly not. Not all threads participate in MNI-Wide RP. The threads are usually well marked if they are MNI-Wide. If you join one of these threads, everything that occurs within that thread will remain contained within that one thread, nothing carries over to another thread or time frame unless you WANT it to do so. The following Forums are set up to handle Non MNI-Wide threads as well as MNI-Wide threads: The Red Phonebooth (which is the Ministry of Magic forum) along with all it’s sub forums. Diagon Alley (and all its sub forums) Hogwarts (and all its sub forums) Hogsmeade (and all its sub forums) St. Mungo’s Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries (and its sub forums) The Role Play Forum Wizarding Places (and its sub forums) Within these forums, keep in mind that you are in the Harry Potter world, you don’t HAVE to remain “canon” but you do need to follow the general rules of RP as well as the ‘no power-playing’ and ‘no god-moding’ rules which can be read in other entries here
