If you choose IndependentAccess® without Bill Pay, there is no charge for accessing your account information and making account transfers.* Note: There is a no monthly fee if you choose IndependentAccess® with Bill Pay. * If you choose IndependentAccess® with Bill Pay, there is no monthly fee, and a $0.40 per transaction fee over fifteen (15) items for personal accounts, and no monthly fee with a $0.50 per item over twenty (20) transactions for business accounts.
