Do I have to manually create a login account in order to use Memeo Send?
Not necessarily. To send, you will need to have a Memeo account and log in to the Memeo Send service using the Mac or Windows desktop software. This assures the package is being sent by you. Recipients who download via the Web have accounts created dynamically and are are automatically logged in and taken to their specific download area where the files can then be clicked on and downloaded. Likewise, if a recipient chooses to download your package using the Memeo Send software, the first time they use the desktop software, they will be automatically logged in so they can download your files with minimal hassle.
