Do I have to include DiaLife in my daily carbohydrate count?
Chemically, most fibers are not carbohydrates. That means while they are listed as carbohydrates on food labels, the body only digests them to a very limited extent. As a result, DiaLife need not be included in daily carbohydrate counts when taken in the recommended amount. However, if you have diabetes, do not take DiaLife before consulting your doctor.
