L&T General Program We do not have any specific prerequisites for applying to our program. There is no prior or additional preparation you must do. L&T Instructional Leadership Strand Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a traditional classroom setting, which excludes extracurricular and afterschool programs.
